Saturday, transmitted fo the senate the information informa-tion that ho had appointed a committee consisting of Representatives Funk, Thorn ley anrl Woottou, to examine into the claims of the petitioners, in conjunction conjunc-tion with a committee of tho same number num-ber appointed hy the senate. Presidont Gardner apnoiated Senators Kuchlcr, llydo and Sew a committee to act jointly with that appointed bv tho house, anrl the trip to Provo will be marie sonic timo during the early part of next week. |
