Representative Represen-tative Coudrey of Missouri thinks that the government should regulate the carrving of baggage by tho railroads, and "has introduced a bill looking to this end. The bill requires railroad companies com-panies to carr3' 150 pounds of baggage, including "sample" baggage, for every adult passenger, and makes any amount in excess of that weight "excess" baggage. bag-gage.
