I BUKLEY, Juno 20, Two more largo tracts of land in southern Idaho, aggregating ag-gregating 95,000 acres, have been segregated segre-gated under tho Carey net and will be developed by the same capitalists who financed the Twin Fulls south side proiect, tho Twins Falls north sido project, pro-ject, and tho Twin Falls Salmon river proiect. Tho two projects will bo known as tho Oakley project and Clover crook project, the former containing 50,000 acres and tho latter 45,000 acres. Work to carry out the plans of both will be started shortly and it is estimated that the cost of constructing the dam and canals for the Oakley project will bo about $1,000,000, whilo tho cost of completing com-pleting the Clovor creek project will bo ! about $SO0,0O0. The Oakley project lays in the form of a triangle, with the towns of Oakloy, Milner and Burley near the three corners, Tho Cloyer creek project lays north and west of Bliss and west of Gooding, on tho main lino of tho Oregon Short Lino railroad, to a point eight miles northwest of Glonne Foriy. |
