At the closo of tho mooting, Mr. Peterson, who was chosen chairman, selected a committee of seven, with himself ex-officio chairman, to work upon a bill lo bo presented to tho legislature legis-lature to compel tho inspection of all meats, before, killing and after. The committee consists of four wholesale meat men and three retailers. Another member from Logan, and still another from Provo, will be added' to this com-mitluo com-mitluo later on. m Beforo going much further along the lines mapped out, another meeting will have to bo called, the dato to ho fixed on later, at which two government moat inspectors will bo called in for ideas upon tho subject.
