The Ohio-Kentucky company is capitalized now for 150,i!)00 shares of stock, par value $1. and as this is ridiculously ridicu-lously low for such a property as this company owns, there is no doubt but what tfie stockholders vnill act according accord-ing to the call. The amount of the increase has uot vet been determined, but the stockholders stock-holders undoubted ly will be in favor of bringing tho numbor of shares in this organization up to a more modern basis. It is also desirable to place some stock in the treasury, for tho company has .much important work before it to round out. The Ohio-Kentucky lias outgrowu its swaddling clothes, and now demands handling like any other great mining proposition whoso promise is certain. The possessions of tho company arc in the Pioche district of Xovada, and the company own some of the biggest mines there.
