The preliminary contest was ono of the j most interesting ever hold in the school, i nearly a thousand studcuts being in at- ' tendancn. Xiuo men participated in the I preliminaries. The judges of tho con- j test were Professors Geoce A. Eaton, i James L. Gibson, Milton Bcnnion, William Wil-liam Roylancc and Gcorgo M. Marshall. Preceding Mr. McNicoI's lecturo a reception was held. Tho freshman clasp of the university gave a roller skating party ot tho Auditorium Au-ditorium Friday evening. |
