ISdna Bowman died at St. Mark's hospital Friday morning at -1:30 o'clock, seven hours after she was shot by her husband, Edgar "Bowman, in the presence pres-ence of several friends at 01 West Second Sec-ond South, in Thursday night's frightful fright-ful double tragedy. Mrs. Bowman lost consciousness shortly after midnight aud did not afterwards recognize either her father or mother. The parents of the girl, C. 1. Franks, known as a detective throughout the State, and Mrs. .lohn JOva, separated years ago, but met., forgetful of the past, over tho deathbed of their daughter. daugh-ter.
