Show C. of Commerce Votes $100 for Industrial Bureau The South Davis Chamber of Commerce voted to give $100 to the Davis County Industrial In-dustrial Bureau. The bureau is being set up to advertise the county and attempt to get more industry here. In other business at the meet ing, committees were organized organiz-ed and chairmen named. They are: Education, Henri Frederik-sen; Frederik-sen; industrial and commercial Wilford Barlow; business development, de-velopment, Evan Clay; publicity public-ity and public relations, Richard Rich-ard Winegar; membership and activity, Ronald Bangerter. Parks and recreation, Aldin O. I lay ward; highways, roads and safety, Jack Bangerter; advertising adver-tising and promotion, Robert Arbuckle; South Davis mctro-p mctro-p o 1 i t a n - consolidation, Dr. Hugh Christensen. .'"' ' Dean Holbrook, 1st vice president, will coordinate the membership, business development develop-ment and publicity committees with a great deal of effort put forth to induce the 'business people of Soutli Davis County to participate in the Chamber of Commerce's activities, according ac-cording to Ken Duncan, chamber cham-ber president. |
