Smith, who took his conviction coolly, was ordered to appear for sentence Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. In the meantime ho remains re-mains In the custody of the United States Marshal. Case Wns Revolting. Most of the testimony Introduced In I he case was revolting In Its nature. It appeared that Smith had Imported a gjrl. known as Lillian Blanche, from iinaila, In order that he might profit by the woris of her uhnme.
