It has been officially announced that eleven midshipmen midship-men of tho first class will not receive their diplomas on Monday on account of deficiencies ln certain branches, but will bo compelled to go to sea and will bo reexamined re-examined May 1G, or at sucTi other time as may be selected. Although tho threo midshipmen of tho graduating class who will bo charged with hazing were not put under urrwt, thoy will not graduate with their class, according to a statement made at thc office of-fice of Admiral Sands today.
