Show CHRISTMAS FAIR Second Ward Inaugurates One That Promises to Be Success. More than 500 folks were present pres-ent to enjoy the opera "Penelope." which was very well rendered by o company from the ward; also the attractive booths and other feature-; f tin.- fair The voting vot-ing contest for the Queen was a spirited one, the successful competitor to bo announced an-nounced Frldaj night at the grand ball with which the fair closes Tonight a special programme has been arranged.
