Show CABINET CHANGES DUE Complete New Complexion Is Promised Prom-ised After Congress Opens. CHICAGO, Oct. 24 A dispatch to the Tribune from Washington. D. '. Bays Soon after the return of President Presi-dent Roosevelt to Washington from his Southern tour, there will be a renewal of the rumors regarding impending changes in the Cabinet, and within six months or so after the reopening of Congress It Is more than likely that the complexion f the cabinet will be completely changed This does not mean that e ery one of the present cabinet of Ministers Is to go out. but there will be two or three new members, and probably three radical rad-ical changes In positions before the close of the current fiscal year. Secretary Shaw Is to go out of the Cabinet of his own motion, as a preliminary pre-liminary to his formal entry Into the Presidential race. The vacancy at the head of the United States Treasury department de-partment will be filled, ncurding to the present outlook, ii the transfer of Postmaster-General urtelyou.
