It Is a time of slackness gen-. gen-. erally, in official Ufa; the-year's business has been disposed of and the new year's business has not become pressing. In view of the favorablo reception which the Idea has met, It Is not too much to hope that this will hp one of the most Important conferences ever held in the mountain country. It will, of course, take a good deal of planning, much working out of detail, and the expenditure of considerable sums of money to fully carry out tho Idea Involved;' In-volved;' but It won't take so very much to make a start, and when the start Is made and men of enterprise and money see from the setting tide that It will pay, they will add from time to tlnie such allurements as will compel attention atten-tion nnd draw the tourist like a magnet. mag-net. The project Is practical and advantageous; ad-vantageous; we count It bound to succeed. |
