Show Stake Social The L. D. S. Relief society West Jordan stake tea in appreciation of officers and teachers of various vari-ous wards was held Tuesday afternoon af-ternoon in the South Jordan ward chapel. Two stake officers from Bingham served on committees commit-tees for the social, Mrs. Ed W. Johnson in charge of the program pro-gram and Mrs. Don Reid, invi-I invi-I tations. The color scheme for the tea table followed Relief society colors, col-ors, with a lovely lace cloth over yellow and yellow tapers in blue holders. Marigolds and bachelor buttons formed the floral centerpiece. center-piece. Besides Mrs. Reid and Mrs. Johnson, attending from Bingham were Mrs. W. E. Day, Mrs. Joseph Spendlove, Mrs. Clive Siddoway, Mrs. Ted Robison, Mrs. Carl Curtis, Cur-tis, Mrs. George Austin, Mrs. A. J. Sorenson, Mrs. Lavantha Garrett, Gar-rett, Mrs. Elfie Reid and Mrs. Lawrence Snow. Over one hundred hun-dred women were received during dur-ing the afternoon. t |
