Tho stockholders of tho Shoenbercor Coal and Gas company of this city, at a meeting here today, approved plans of merger with the Pennsylvania Manor Coal company, tho, Plttsburfc & Westmoreland Coal company, the Hazel Kirk Coal company and the Connollsvlllo Coal and Coke company, all lndopcndcnt concerns. Meetings of tho other companies will bo held within the noxt ten days. Tho new combine will be capitalized at JS.-000,000 JS.-000,000 and will have a total capacity of 2.0:.-000 2.0:.-000 tons annually. Shipments of coal will bo made east and west.
