Notice Is hereby given that John D Sullivan, whoso postofflce address 1j Salt Lako City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of chapter 100. Session Laws of Utah, 1S0S, to approprlato five-tenths ( 5) of a second-foot of the water flowing flow-ing from ten springs whlcn are numbered num-bered from 1 to 10 Inclusive, and are situated sit-uated on New Foundland mountain In Box Elder county, Utah. Spring No. 1 13 situated In tho northeast quarter of section IS; springs Nos. 2. 3 and S are situated In tho east half of section 19; springs N03 1 and G aro situated in tho southwest quarter of section 20; Bprlng No. C Is situated in the southwest quarter quar-ter of section 29; spring No 7 is situated In the northeast quarter of section 30; spring No 9 i3 situated In the southwest south-west quarter of section 32. and spring o. 10 is situated In tho northwest quarter quar-ter of section 31. nil In township 0 north, rango. 13 west. Salt Lake base and merl-ulan. merl-ulan. Tho water from said springs will bo collected at a point near the center of the northeast quarter of section 17, ownship C north, rango 13 west. Salt Lako base and meridian, by means of pipes, catch basins and reservoirs, where ii will be used at the Elko mill from January 1 to December 31 Incluslvo of each year, for steam raising and the concentration of ores from mines in the New Foundland Mining district. So much of the water as may bo necessary will be used for culinary and domestic pur- I poses ot tho employees of said mill. All protest3 against the granting of said application, stating tho reasons therefor, must bo mado by affidavit in duplicate and filed In this ofilce within thirty (20) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
