The ores are described by him as similar to those In tho Montana Mon-tana and the Tonopah. The same letter says the output of the lease, under which a block of ground on tho January mine Is bolng operated by Zeb Kendall of Utah and associates, has afforded an average of twenty tons a day of the value of $1000 per ton for the coarse ore and $300 per ton for the fine. On the Red Top we are officially advised ad-vised that they have encountered ore Identical with that of the Jumbo, and that Mr. Bradley's lease has twelve feet of ore of a good milling grade on the second ledge which he has encountered. |
