Show Mining Notes. Prof. W. O. Crosby of Boston went to Bingham yesterday In company with E. Lawrence Whlto, son of President "W'hlto of tho Bingham Con., and B. U. Slegel. Aftor a two dayc' visit In Bingham tho three gentlemen will go to Nome, Alaska On his return from the north Prof. Crosby will devote three weeks to an examination examina-tion of tho Bingham Con. properties at Elngham and Tlntlc. It Is reported by persons who should know that several experts have been examining ex-amining tho Swansea at Tlntlc for several days past. And this has given rise to the rumor that thero Is a sale on. Nothing could be learned of tho matter yesterday at tho offices of the company, where Secretary Sec-retary Gcddcs Insisted that there was nothing- doing. J. J.
