IT HAS been learned that Arthur MIlll-ken, MIlll-ken, who Is alleged to havo eloped with his wife's sister, left his home at "West Jordan In a buggy belonging to tho Utah Implement company of thl3 city and with a horse to which his ownership owner-ship Is questionable.
