I'm awfully sorry, but we have our orders you know." Perhaps the "regular" would call when the seats at the fountain were nearly all occuplod. Realizing that she might embarrass the soda man by asking ask-ing for an alcoholic drink, the sweet tiling would smile knowingly and ask for a "small glaeB of root-beer."
