Fisher owns a resort at North Fork, whoro several colored women wo-men reside, and Wnshakio claims that Fisher sold him liquor Monday evening at this resort. Flsnur was held oer under S)00 bond to await tho action of the Federal Fed-eral court of Cheyonno. Ho was" engaged lo bo married Sunday to ono of tho women wo-men at his resort.
