Show SILAS B COREY DEAD News of His Death Causes General t 1 Sorrow In Ogden SlinG E Corey died nt 90 oclock last evening at his homo 1036 Twentyfourth street of Brlphts disease The news of his death will cause general sorrow In Ogdcn as he was one ofthe most popular young men in the city His mother and wife were at his bcdsldo when ho died his father being absent In Idaho Mr Corey was born at Uinta thirtytwo years ago He was the son of Mr and Mrs George L Corey and was married last May to Miss Laura Patrick of Salt I 4aJk s a 1e r i Silas E Corey Lake For twelve years ho has been a valued employee of tho Ogden postofflce being chief clerk of tho general delivery at the lime of his death Ho has been ill about two years having been confined to his bed on two or three different oc casions with severe attacks of the dis ease A little more than a year ago ho wont to California and tho trip greatly benefited his health and shortly after his return he was married About two months ago ho was again forced to take to his bed and despiteall medical aid gradually grew worse but the end was not expected so soon Telegrams Tele-grams were sent last evening to his father nt Idaho Falls and his slater I Mrs Cavanaugh at Denver Mr and Mrs Patrick came up from Salt Lake last evening |
