James A Daugherty took place last Tuesday morning at 10 oclock at the home of Mr and Mrs William Manning OBrien Only the Immediate relatives of the bride uere present at the ceremony which was performed by Rev Father Klely After an elegant wedding breakfast Mr and Mrs Daugh erty left for San Francisco and will probably visit for seeiil = uccks In Honolulu before going to Portland to make their home The decorations of the OBrien home were beautiful the pallor being done In white carnations AmerIcan Beauty roses and palms the library In pink carnations ferns and palms and the diningroom In violets rUe bride was gowned in an exquisite creation of chiffon cloth with yoke bertha and garnitures of bodice and skirt of real lace Brides roses were carried and a long veil of tulle completed com-pleted the beautiful costume Her go ingaway gown was of dark green broadcloth tailormade For several seasons the bride has been one of the most popular members of society and will be greatly
