Republican nominee George D Dean of 1 voteH J la however apparently appar-ently evident that the returns from tho Fifteenth district are wrong and that Burbldgo should have but 72 votes Instead of S2 iou returned This would bring his 11 majority down to a single vole By llg urlng the Fifteenth at 72 instead of S for Burbldgo Dean would then have won out by 2 votes had a discrepancy of U votes not been discovered In the Nineteenth In favor of the Democratic candidate which gives him the 1 majority Councilman A J Davis asked for a reconsideration of the vote of the Fifteenth and the City
