Show I STREET PARADE AND DRILL I Fine Exhibition by the Degree I Teams in Uniform The parade of tho Woodmen In the evening was a pleasing feature and attracted at-tracted largo I crowds which were lined on the sidewalks The procession started start-ed from the Knutstord and marched west on Third South to Main thence north to Second South thence west to West Temple thence north to South Temple thence east to Main and south on Main to the Odd Fellows hal on Maikct sree where they broke ranks The parade was headed by Holds Military band following which was borne a large American Hag and beautiful beau-tiful banner of the order The degree team of Golden lodge No Gl of San Francisco followed in green and white uniforms commanded by Capt X E Towers NOt came the degree team of Colorado Colo-rado camp No 13 In red and white uni forms under the command of Capt Stenhouse The degree team of Camp Wow Wow No 3C6 of Denver In blue and white uniforms commanded by Capt D D Clark was next In order and then came Salt Lake N9 53 camps team I under command of Capt William El lot followed by a long procession of members of the order numbers of whom carried banners and transparencies transpar-encies Camp Wow Wows men In uniform gave an oxhlldtlon drill In rront of the Knutsford after the parade and Color I j Colo-r rado camp No 13 gave a similar exhi I bition In front of the Kenyon Both performances were very line and elicited warm applause from the spec tators Wow Wows boys were remarkably remark-ably proficient and handled their axes with as much lightness and dexterity as If I they had been a had ben sword I was avery a-very preUy performance The drill was followed by a band concert con-cert in the rotunda of the Knutsford hotel by Holds Military band k |
