Show NOTICE OF FILING PETITION FOR ADMISSION OF CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE SALT LAKE COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY CONSERV-ANCY DISTRICT Notice is hereby given pursuant pursu-ant to the provisions of Section 73-9-29, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, that there has been filed with the Salt Lake County Water Conservancy District Dis-trict and the District Court of Salt Lake County petitions for annexation of each of the following follow-ing four described tracts of land into the Salt Lake County Water Conservancy District and for the change of District boundaries to include said lands. The petitions will be heard independently in-dependently in Division One of the District Court of Salt Lake County, City and County Building, Build-ing, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock on the 15th day of October, 1962. The lands to be included are all situate in Salt Lake County, Utah, and are described as fol-l lows, to-wit: (1) All of the Cottonwood Park No. 1 Subdivision, which subdivision is recorded in Salt Lake County, Utah, as Entry No. 1829511, Book Y, Page 5, containing con-taining lots numbered one to ten inclusive and which subdivision is located in the SW corner of Section 16, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. (2) All of the Wasatch Village Subdivision recorded in Salt Lake County, Utah, as Entry No. 1776058, Book W, Page 83, containing con-taining lots numbered one to twenty-two, inclusive, and which subdivision is located in the SE of the SE V4 of Section 17 and NE y4 of the NE y4 of Section Sec-tion 20, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. (3) All of the Driftwood Estates Es-tates Subdivision as recorded in Salt Lake County, Utah, as Entry En-try No. 18003601, Book X, Page 58, containing lots numbered one to thirty-three, inclusive, and which subdivision is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section Sec-tion 20 and the Northwest Quarter Quar-ter of Section 21, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. (4) All of the Howe Subdivision, Subdi-vision, excluding therefrom, however, lots 12 and 19, as recorded re-corded in Salt Lake County, Utah, as Entry No. 1673263, Book U, Page 21, and which subdivision subdivi-sion is located in the NW Quar- ter of Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
