Show SUMMONS No. 137976 In the District Court of Salt Lake County, State of Utah JAMES WILLIAM NEWMAN and EDITH B. NEWMAN, husband and wife, Plaintiffs, vs. JEREMIAH R. STOCKING, MARY JANE SAINSBURY STOCKING, his wife, CAROLINE CARO-LINE WINWARD STOCKING and NANCY D E S P A I N STOCKING, if living, and if any are dead their unknown heirs, and all persons unknown un-known claiming any interest in the real estate described in the complaint herein adverse to Plaintiffs' ownership thereof, there-of, Defendants. The State of Utah to the Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon H. A. Smith, Plaintiffs' Attorney, whose address is 516 Felt Building, Build-ing, Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons sum-mons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This is an action to quiet title to Plaintiffs' title to the following follow-ing described real estate situated in Salt Lake County, State of Utah: ALL of Lot 4, Block 25, HERRIMAN CITY PLOT.
