Show Will Celebrate German Iay. A well attended meeting of German citi-eens citi-eens was held iu Turner hall yesterday afternoon after-noon and the preliminary arrangements were made to properly celebrate German day, the 6th proximo, the anniversary of the of landing of emigrants from the Father-land Father-land on American soil. A committee consisting con-sisting of Albert Reichert, editor of the Utah Freie Prexse, Joseph Sciefert, N. Ficke, A. A. Pannier, Charles Mayer, Oscar Leh-inann, Leh-inann, William Wiedermann and Ernest Rausch was appointed, with instructions to report next Sunday, when a parade and literary lit-erary programme will be outlined. |
