Tv city and county of Salt Lake, and territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust, date d the ! -1st day of April, 1830, and duly recorded in tho c ifice o"f ,he recorder of said county of Malt Lake ' on the d day of May, A. D. 18yo, in :kok S 1' of i mortgages, at pag" 'J44 ot seq. of the r. cords of said cuiinty, conveyed to tho undersigned, Edward B. Wicks, of tho city of Salt Lake and territory cf Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces an i parcels of land situate, lying ami being in the county of Salt Lake and territory of Utah- described de-scribed as follows, to wit: Lots numbered 2., 38, 29, 30, 31 and 32, i- block numbered 10 of lJoplar Grove addition to Salt Lake City, to Eecure to Charles U. Toll the payment of two certain promissory prom-issory notes bearing even date witb. said deed of trust, each for tho sum of $400, and each bearing interest from said date at tue rate of eight (8) per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, one of said notes being di;c; and payable one year after its said date, and the other thereof two years alter its said date; and Whereas. It is provided in said deed of trust that should default be made in the payment of the said Botea or any part thereof or any of the interest inter-est thereon, or any t'att thereof as the same should become due and payable, or in case of tbe bieach of any of the covenants contained in taid deed of trust, then th said trustee-, the undersigned, under-signed, Edward B. Wicks, may proceed to seli said described property or :my part thereof, at public vendue, for cash, at the front door of the county court house in th- city of Salt Lake, county of TSalt Lake, and territory of Utah, first giving twenty days notice of the time, place and terms of sale, aud the property to be Bold, by advertisement advertise-ment in some newspaper printed in the English language and published iu the county of Salt Lake aforesaid; and Whereas, No payments either of principal or interest have been mad- upon either c.f said notes and there is now due thereon tho sum of $8(X), with interest at the rate of eight tier cent per annum from the 21st day of April, A. D. l.strtJ, and the mid James P. Roberts is in default in the payment pay-ment of both the principal an-1 the interest due upon said notes as aforesaid; now Therefore. At the reques't of the legal holder of said notes, by virtue of ihe power and authority in me vested, under and by the- terms of said deed of trut, I, Edward B. Wi.ks, trustee as aforesaid, afore-said, will on Saturday, the 2id day of April, Is:i2, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. id., ut the bout door of the county court house, in the city of Salt Lake county of Salt Lake, and territory of Utah, seli the said real property and (-remises hereinbefore and in aid deed of trust fully described, and all the right, title, benefit, and equity of redemption of tbe said -lames f. Koberts, his heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public vendue, for cash, to tho' highest bidder therefor, for the purpose of paying the amount due as aforesaid for principal and interest in-terest upon said notes to the day of sale, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said trust.
