Show Notice of Administrators' Sale of Ileal Estate Es-tate at Public Sale. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT IN pursuance of an order of the Probate Court of the city and county of Salt Lake, territory of, Utah, made on the tith day of April, A. D. 1SU2, ut the matter of the estate of Peter Erekson, deceased, de-ceased, the undersigned, the administrators of tho said estate, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for c ash, and subject to confirmation confirma-tion by said probate court, on Monday, the 2d day of May, 1892, at 12 o'clock m., at the south door of the County Court House, in Salt Lake 1 itv and county, all the right, title, interest, and estute of the said Peter Krekson, at the time of hi- deith, and all the right, title, and Interest that l e -aid estate has, by operation of luw or otherwise other-wise acquired other than or in addition to that of the said 1'eter Erekson, ut the time of his death, in all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the county of Salt Lake, territory of Utah, anil bounded and described de-scribed as follows, to wit: Boginumg west 1.H5 chains from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of section 24, in township 2 sooth, of range 1 west, of the Salt Lake meridian, running thence south seven (7) chains to wire fence 011 the south bank of ditch, thence north 83J4 dog., west along said fence H.73 chains, thenco north alone wire teuce 15.60 chains, to point in county roaiL thence north H5-!i deg,, east abont 1 roil north of .'Otith line of said road 8.72 chains, thence SOBth on east bank of head ditch, thorn hedge, ami row of trees 10.30 chains, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 14 60-160 acres, more or less including about 1 rod in county road. Terms anil conditions of sab-, cash; 20 per cent of the pun base money to be paid to the administrators adminis-trators on the day of saie, balance on confirmation of sale by said probate court.
