Under this ar-rangement the Chicago it North Western railway carries passengers from ' Council IilutFs to Chicago in two hours less time than heretofore, and reaches the latter point in time to make connection with early after-noon trains for the east, thus reducing the time to New York and other eastern cities several hours.
