Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the stockholders stockhold-ers of the Wood Kiver Mining and Milling Mill-ing company of Idaho, (Malad Consolidated) Consol-idated) a corporatfon under the laws of Utah, at tho office of tho secretary, room 101 Opera house building, on West Second South street, in Salt Lake City, Utah, at 3 o'clock p. m., Tuesday, January Jan-uary lth, 181)1, for the purpose, of amending the articles of incorporation of said company, by striking out of and eliminating from Sec. 16 of said articles the words "and no assessment shall lie levied," also from Sec. 25, "that none of said working capital stock shall lie assessable." thus leaving and making the capital stock of the corporation sub-ioct sub-ioct to assessment.
