Fanner, whose postoffioe address is Salt Lake City, Utah, bag made application for patent for the Trail and Hubbard No. 1 lode mining i claim, Mineral Survey No. 7054, situate situ-ate in' the "West Mountain Mining District, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, described, with magnetic variation varia-tion at 17 deg. East, as follows, via: Commencing at Cor. No. 1 of the Trail lode (from which the Vt Sec. Cor. on the North Boundary Boun-dary of Sec. 3. T. 4 S.. It. 3 W., S. L. B. and Mer., bears N. 83 deg. 30 win. E. 547.3 ft.) and running thence S. 47 deg. V. JKK) ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence N. 45 deg. W. 380 ft. to Cor. No. 3 ; thence N. 47 dee. B. 000 ft. to Cor. No. 4 j thence N. 45 deg. W. SO ft. to Cor. No. 2 Ilu'bbard No. 1 lode ; thence N. 33 deg. 40 min. E. 1000 ft. to Cor. No. 3 ; thence S. 40 deg. E. 200 ft. to Cor. No. 4 ; tbence S. 33 deg. 40 min. W. 1000 ft. to Oor. No. 1 Hubbard No. 1 lode, the place of beginning, and from which the aforesaid Vt Cor. bears S. 80 deg. 25 min. B. 738 ft. Said lode mining claim is located locat-ed in the BWVt Sec. 34, T. 3 S., R. 3 W., and NWV4 Sec. 3, T. 4 S., R. 3 W.. S. L. M., and contains con-tains a net area of 1.331 acres, the following conflicting claims having been excluded, viz: Lot . 4 Jordan; Lot 129 Burning Moscow; Lot 249 Benton; Lot 471 Betsy (amd) ; Sur. 4079 Jupiter; Sur. 4123 Elephant Fraction; Sur. 4289 May berry ; Sur. 4787 Deems; and Lot 175 Amelia (amd) lodes. Said lode mining claims are of record re-cord in the ofrfice of the County Reorder Re-order of Salt Lake County at Salt Lake City, Utah. l"he nearest known location are the aforesaid excluded claims, and Lot 257 Centenniol No. 2; Sur. 3479 Juniper, and Sur. 6068 Monument Jode mining claims.
