Show ; v WRATH KB SETTIJSS Following the heaviest snowfalls in years, and the attendant traffic traf-fic difficulties, the weather settled and blue skies again appeared Tues. of this week. Old-timers declare that the snow were the heaviest to fall here for many yearc, and the content of the flake was exceedingly wet, insuring plenty of moisture for the valley lands this spring. Last Friday bore the brunt of the snow storm, and traffic was almost at a standstill. One hundred ten men who reported re-ported for work on the WPA sewer project returned to their homes because of the intensity of the storm. Many students of the Binsham high school Tesiding at Highland Boy and Oopperfield were absent when school buses were unable to proceed farther than the business section of Bingham. Bing-ham. Some of the more adventurous adventur-ous students plowed their way through the driving snow mora than a mile to reach the buses. 1 f |
