Show S. J. KENNER IS FOUND HELD IN SAN FRANCISCO Will Be Returned To Face County Charges S. J. Kenner, 35, who disappeared disap-peared February 7 from Bingham Bing-ham was found Monday night in a San Francisco rooming house by officers of that city. Mr. Kenner Ken-ner had been missing since he left his home ostensibly to work at the Bingham tunnel where he was employed by the Utah Construction company. ' Kenner was Justice of the peace In Bingham for Salt Lake county. His records had been found incomplete shortly before he disappeared. County Auditor Ferrell H. Adams said fines aggregating ag-gregating $549.65 were imposed by the Justice between Dec. 7, 1934 and February 2, 1938, but only $40 was reported collected. Mr. Kenner was appointed Nov. 1934, following the death of Ray H. Kenner, his father, and was elected to continue office in 1936. The specifio charge made against the Bingham Justice is that he misappropriated a $100 fine levied against Leland Warning Warn-ing of Bingham for which Mr. Warning holds receipts ' of payment, pay-ment, made -in three installments. install-ments. Sheriff S. Grant Young left Salt Lake Tuesday for California where he intended to seek extradition ex-tradition of Kenner. |
