contract He Be could not say that the provision had been draft drafted drafted ed by Mr Ir Harriman or Mr ns assistants but he was quite positive that it was not drawn by the San Pedro road officials It developed that the San Pedro company agreed not to construct during the life of its contract additions to Its ita lines Unes that would compete with the Oregon Short Line northward of the parallel
