Alibi Ben. Ben Tasker, the champion horse thief, has been recaptured, and in now wrestling with the law in Juab county. Ben, with his mate, one Taylor, had gathered a pretty Urge band of horsea on the Sevier, when a powe ol officers last week made a descont upon them and succeeded in arresting bath. Taaker was chied for some distance, and finally took refuge in a slough, but not being am-pbibiuUH, am-pbibiuUH, he was obliged to keep his head above water, which led to bis discovery by the officers. Ben will probably find an alibi about hi clothes, so the arrest will amount to nothing more than a brief suspension of bone-stealing on hit part.
