Maedliater is cer-Uinly cer-Uinly a very clever ar'.iat, whose tricks were exceedingly amusing aud mystifying. The "aerial couch," the "Greek parados;" and the "fish" illusions were perhaps productive of the most inquiry and wonderment. Tue distribution of prizes was strictly according to the advertisement many ladies and gentlemen of the audience receiving really valuable and uaeful articles. Mr. John McCristal, First South street, was the lucky recipient re-cipient of a handsome tea set. Tomorrow To-morrow night an elegant parlor lounge will be the chief prize. The professor appoars in a change of programme pro-gramme at each entertainment. |
