The eignal service station at the wreck of the steamer Metropoii-i reporta that the survivors would leave at neon today for Norfolk. Nor-folk. They are destitute of clothing and most all are bare-footed and bareheaded, bare-headed, but are welt cared for by the people. AT THE SCENE. Norfolk, Va., 2. Wrecking lugs have all returned from the wreck of the Metropolis nnd report terrible surl breaking all along the shore and a strong southerly current. It is the general upinicu of wreckers that the Metropolis grounded at low tide, which kept her from forgiug closer in shore.
