Keterred to the oommitteej on agriculture, trade, etc. Mr. Lyman presented the financial report of Tooele county for the years 1S74 5 6 7. Referred. H. F. No. 7, the revenue bill, was takon up on its continued second 1 reading, pending which, it was re-coniQiitteJ re-coniQiitteJ to the revenue committee, and Metin. Milner and Pace added to b d committee, for the considera tinn of said bill, H. F. No. 8, "tho registration of voters, etc.," was taken up for ita second reading, at section 4. On motion H. F. No. 8 was recommitted recom-mitted to the committee on elections, aid Messrs. Carrington and Milner were added to said committee, Mr. Murdock presented a petition from T. R. King et al., for removal ol the county seat of Piute county from Marysvale. Referred to the committee com-mittee on counties. Mr. Murdock presented petition from U. E. Bjlton tt al., asking for an appropriation of $3,000 for making a road through Piute and Sevier counties. coun-ties. Referred te the committee on roads, etc. On motion of Mr. Birch, the revenue rev-enue committee were instructed to consider the expediency of incorporating incorpor-ating iuto the reveuuo bill a per capita tax on dogs.
