Show Theatre. Last avening a fine audience was present at the theatre to witness " A Wonderful Woman " and "Bowled Out." In the firot piece the acting of Miss Jean Clara Walters, Mr. Lindsay, Mr. Marden, was particularly particular-ly good, and the minor characters were very creditably represented. As Ezekiel Yearner, in the afterpiece, Mr. Margetta was exceedingly funny, and 'created roars of laughter. To-night an immense bill is pre-uented pre-uented for the amusement, of Conference Confer-ence visitors and the patrons of the drama: the sensational drama of "The Hidden Hand," with its thrilling thril-ling situations, startling effects and brilliant dialogue, cast to the full strength of the dramatic company, and the amusing farce of "Betsy Baker," with Mr. Phil. Margelts as Mr. Marmaduke Mouser. This afternoon there will be a matinee, mati-nee, at which "Still Waters Run Deep" and "The Spectre Bridegroom Bride-groom " will be played. |
