From the breakwater she came to this port and obtained there a clean bill from the deputy health officer, which allowed her to come up to Brooklyn and discharge her cargo. The latter consisted of sugar. The Brooklyn health board gave her a permit to put her cargo on the dock, when she arrived there on Saturday last. This morning Dr. Vanaerpoo! learned that a seaman named Delit had been sent from the Lfenor to the Seaman's Retreat Staten island, jes-terday, jes-terday, suffering from fever of some kind. Delit was transferred to tbe quarantine brig and will be sent to quarantine without delay. Two deaths from yellow fever occurred at the quarantine yesterday.
