Show , Bishop Bowman delivered a lecture on Woman Suffrage, in the Union Methodist Church, St. Louis, last week, that contained,in our opinion, more hard sense in favor of woman's Buflrage than anything we ever listened listen-ed to from the lipa'of the fair sex themselves. them-selves. The Bishop is in the "scar and yellow leaf,"and,as he expressed it, was able to govern himself above the flattery of the ladies then around him, and his observations were a sober review of historicnl truths in favor of woman's purifying influence in public affairs.
