Show Boots and Shoes. From the Bulletin's report of tlie Mechanics' Instituto Fair, now being held in San Francisco, wo clip the following notice of tho manufactures of Messrs. Einstein Bro's, a firm who make large shipmouis of their excellent excel-lent gocds to this market: A prominent exhibit in the boot and shoe line is that of Einstein Bros. These gentlemen manufacture their goods from domestic 6tock. using only a few Eastern findings in the higher grades, and the styles represented repre-sented embrace the Standard boot, Duke Alexis, ExceLiior, Miner's, Granger's, and many others. Tlie ladies' wear consists of Neilson, Eugene, and French Kid. Noticeable Notice-able in the display is a pair of opera boots modestly labeled $75. There are also numerous state and weddiDg shoes in yellow satin, and of elegant finish, and the latest novelty in the boot and shoe line, the irresistible pompadour tie. The prudent Benedict Bene-dict glides past the display in fear and trembling, but the lady visitors of the exhibition manifest a sort of exhilaration at the sigbijof the attractive at-tractive shoes and slippers. Einstein & Brothers work up $1,000,000 ol goods annually, and furnish employment employ-ment to 600 men. |
