Show Corious. Yesterday afternoon, John Bradley and Chirlcs Smith, got into a difficuty.in a saloon, and tho latter lat-ter wont for tho polioo to havo tho former for-mer arrested. Whon the officers, entered en-tered tho saloon, Bradley drow his pistol, and warned them to keep back. They, howover, took the weapoo from him, and arrested both parties, aod brought them boforo the court. Smith was fined $10 for disturbing the pcaoe, and Bradley paid $5 for contempt of court, his oxcuso for drawing his pistol boing, that he was going to defend de-fend himself from Smith, who, he thought was ooming back "heeled to fix him." It seems rather ohcap for drawing a pistol under suoh circumstances. |
