Tho minority judiciary committee in the House, consisting con-sisting of Loughridge and Butler, presented pre-sented their report to-day in tho Piatler of the memorial of Victoria C. Wood-hull Wood-hull and others, on the question of female sullraie. Tho report says this right is included in privileges of the citizens of the United States, which are guaranteed by section one of I he 15th amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and that female citizens, who are otherwise classified by the laws of States where they rc.-idu, are competent votcm. |
