Show IXCKEASED THE HOARD I Stockholders of the Iiitcriiioinitain 3Iilliiijr Company Carry Out Their I Programme I At the special meeting of the stockholders i I stock-holders of the InterMountain Milling company the combine of six of Salt I I Lake countys Souring mills held yesterday I I yes-terday afternoon the programme outlined out-lined at the time of the compromise of the difference between the two factions i fac-tions of the company was carried out I and the membership of the board of I directors was increased from six to seven Then followed the election of I a board of directors to serve during the ensuing year and the unanimous j vote of the members of the company present was cast for the reelection of the old board as follows Elias 011 iris i-ris president Hyrum Bennion vice president R E Miller secretary W I S McCornick treasurer Other directors direc-tors W R Wallace 13 T Towndrow and William Cooper jr The naming of < Mr Wallace filled out the new I board but as a matter of fact the j gentleman has been acting as a director direc-tor by order of the majority of the I I I stockholders for gome time past The I I election of a manager was not effected I but it is probable that no change I I will be made by the board of J directors although the latter has it in j I its power to make its own selection i Mr Bennion is now the manager j The reports submitted for the information infor-mation of the members of the maton com o I pany were o n very satisfactory nature na-ture according to the statements I made at the conclusion of the meet I ing and showed that the company has netted a reasonable percentage on the investment Some of the holders of stock were in favor of the declaration declaraton I of a dividend but the matter went over for thirty days It is more than likely that the board of directors will I order the distribution of earnings wi I According to the statement of the management the company has during I the past nine months ground up in the flour mills which have been in operation op-eration 157489 bushels of wheat and I made 6820426 pounds of flour During the same period i sold 10471 bushels of wheat to outside parties and now has on hand an even 10000 bushels of I the grain But four of the six mills in the combine are operating and it is I hardly likely that others will be pressed into service this season I |
