PROPERTY ALL TRANSFERRED Utah Nursery Company Receives Full Aitngnee Deeds Deeds transferring all of the property prop-erty real and personal of the defunct Utah Nursery company from Assignee Sowles to the reorganized corporation of the same name were yesterday placed on record and the business otj the company will now be carried on ai of old and all orders received will be filled as though there had been no interruption in-terruption on account of the finan storm which came so near wreckin the concern for good and all For some time past negotiations looking to the reorganization of the company and the settlement of Its affairs have been on and the last adjustment was made yesterday Many of the creditors whose names appeared upon the schedules sched-ules filed at the time of the assignment have granted continuances while the others have received their money or its equivalent Some sacrifices were made upon the companys property in surrounding sur-rounding states in order to satisfy the claims of certain creditors but notwithstanding not-withstanding the affairs of the witstanding affair corporation corpo-ration were never in better shape comparatively com-paratively speaking Great credit is due Assignee Sowlea for the splendid manner in which be handled the affairs of the compan during hands the time they were in ins
