SEIZED THE IlYENAS A Discharged Employee Attaches Part of thin SIonuKorie James Daly an emplyee of Cook Whitbya circus who was discharged at Ogden began attachment proceedings l against the proprietors in Commissioner Norrells court yesterday to collect 47 1 Which he alleged was due him for wages Shortly thereafter a deputy sheriff visited the circus grounds and levied upon a cage of hyenas As soon as the levy had been made W E Fuller assistant manager man-ager of the show held a consultation with the attorney who instituted the proceeding pro-ceeding and endeavored to settle it But as Fuller claimed that he only owed Daly 650 the attorney could not see his way clear to settle for that sum without the consent of his client Fuller then deposited a sum sufficient to cause a release of the attachment with the court and will remain here and fight the case He said to a HERALD reporter re-porter that he did not owe Daly the amount claimed by him and didnt intend in-tend to be held up if ho could avoid it
