Show Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen Trustees GALESBURG I Sept 15 Today the old board of trustees of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen discharged by the grandmaster grand-master applied to Judge Glenn at Monmouth Mon-mouth for an injunction restraining the new board from interfering with the old board in the examination of tho books and accounts of the brotherhood This action resulted from the refusal of Grand Secretary Secre-tary Sheeban to recognise the old board and his intention to place the books in the hands of the new board The bill alleges among other things the grand master under I the constitution has no right to appoint trustees when such offices were not legally vacant that the olu members were legally elected at a regular convention and never had been legally daposed A temporary injunction in-junction was issued Mr Shoeban asserts his refusal to allow the old board to examine exam-ine the books is based on the belief that they have been rightfully discharged |
